I searched and couldn't find anything in the forum about this so sorry if it's a repost.

I had the XP Internet Security 2010 problem, ran Malware Bytes and not having problems with it now but when I try to download any type of program, I get the following error:

C:\DOCUME~1\HP_ADM~2.YOU\LOCALS~1\Temp could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder.

Change the folder properties and try again, or try saving in a different location.

I have tried changing the folder permissions and anything else I could think of...although that may not be much. Any help is much appreciated.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.
