Yeah I knew that lol. but someone said they ran 8 on Nero 8 on Windows 7. Don't know how they did that lol.
Of course the other option is not to use Nero at all and use something else.
There are lots and lots of other programs online that do the same job as Nero, some of which may be free. Nero isn't the be-all-and-end-all of burning software.
As previously stated, Nero 9 is the only version that works under Windows 7. There is no two ways about it I'm afraid. Personally I think Nero has blown itself out of all proportion and now can be classed as bloatware.
