Did you save it as a txt file?
That is the normal reason it won't attach.

when i save it to the dest top and try to open it it said open this help online or look for a program myself to open it so i dont think that i am saving it the right way.

OK did you extract the files from the zip file and do you know where they were installed at?
The other file looks like a notepad or txt file?
Can you view what is in the zip file and is there a EXE file there?

sorry for taking so much of your time. i guess you can see why i don't want allot of things on my computer. this is because i don't do too much. i like to make it as simple as possible.

i did extract the file and it is on my desk top. i opened it in note pad but it is just a bunch of letters.

i am sory i dont know what txt format is. when it ask to estract files i click on this then it saves to the desk top on the icon that i listed above.

i went hear like you asked me to do. then click file and save. it does not ask me how to save it. it save it in a file in my documents

Ok one of the blue ones is the actual exe file. I can't see the description to say for sure.
Once you unzip the contents to a folder then you should be able to click on the Application exe file and the program should run. You may have to right click on it and then click on Run as administrator to get it to work.
