Hello there, I need you help to fix this situation, any time I open any application I recieve the message: "(PROGRAM) encountered a problem and needs to close" and the options are SEND ERROR REPORT or DONT SEND.

I get this message every time I want to open WPM11, messenger, any Office program, system restore or when browsing different folders on my HD.

I tryied running scandisk and chkdsk on my C drive, also used registry booster to fix any registry problems, ran a full scan with AVG showing NO infections.

Please help me to solve this, I dont want to reinstall my OS, any ideas are welcome.
THANX A LOT!!!

By the way, like 2 days ago I couldnt get into XP, i got an error like: ntoskrnl.exe was missing form the windows\system32 folder, I copied from the XP installation CD and expand it on that folder to gain access to XP again, after that no programs are working.
