Trojan.alwayup problem - Please help - Virus, Spyware, Malware Removal

The virus was first detected by my Norton AntiVirus. I tried to delete it then, but of course it says it is unable to because it is in use or something. I ran my Ad-Aware and Spybot, both failing to detect this virus. Now, when I run the Norton AntiVirus system scan, it does not even detect it. I also tried one of the online scans (cant remember the name... not the panda one, heh... housecall or something I believe). When it first located it, it was in this folder. I have not noticed any effects from this, but I would like to get rid of this problem asap.
