I just installed win 7 on my Asus F3sv laptop and everything went fine. Except the inbuilt microfone doesn't work. I have installed the realtek drivers that come in the asus site, and have also tried installing the drivers from the realtek site and no go the microfone still doesn't work.

I also tried installing a codec a97 from realtek site and windows says it can't verify and starts and endless loop.

Also if I open my Device manager I see 2 devices that are not installed and that win 7 doesn't have drivers for it:

PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_14E71043&REV_12

and

PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&SUBSYS_14E71043&REV_12

Is it linked to my problem?

Can you help me pls?

Hello.
I donīt think that those two are the problem. They are

PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_14E71043&REV_12
Ricoh Memory Stick Host Controller

PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&SUBSYS_14E71043&REV_12
Ricoh SD/MMC Host Controller
