I have a Dell that is one year old. Of course the warranty ran out last month! Now after loading the desktop on the OS for about one minute I get a couple of quarantine warnings from one of my spywares and then I get a Microsoft warning saying something is not loading write and the computer restarts.
Upon restart it does not give me the safe mode option, it just says start normally or try to have computer fix it self then start.
It then tries to fix itself then asks me if I would like to go to the last previous restore point. When I choose yes, it still runs through the same cycle of problems.
Help me out please. It is driving me crazy!!

Thanks.

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.

Before you start a new topic click on this link --> Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, Please read before starting a new topic. This will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your OTListIt2 log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
