Hi. my computer only has 16 colors. I right click on the desktop, go to properties, and settings or whatever and it only has 16 colors. No 256 colors or hi 16, or anything just 16 colors. Please help ASAP!!!! I really need my internet. Thank You.

Awesome! thank you very much. i have a Dell Dimension 4100 as for the video card i'll have to get back to you on that.
