Hi

Can someone find the time to help me answer why my computer has started bahaving badly

Basically every time I click on firefox I get a message saying Vista smart security has blocked a program from accesing the internet

Firefox is infected with trojan-BNK.Win32.Keylogger.gen

then the options to activate vista smart security recommended

Or

Carry on unprotected Dangerous

The only way to access the internet is to click no

I then get a series of windows that pop up every 1 to 2 minutes showing different attacks on different ports

If I clcik block attack I then get a new window that shows a scan with 26 infections but to remove them you have to activate and purchase the Vista Smart Security

When this last window flashes up there are option on the left hand side with main perform scan internet security personal security firewall and configuration in the configuration tab there is an option that is ticked saying launch vista smart security upon comoputer start up. It will not let me untick this option as it is greyed out

Can someone please help with removing this

I have screen prints of the windows if it helps?

thanks a lot

I suggest you go to the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal Forum and run all the steps located in the
START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own.
If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post the reguested logs in THAT forum.
If you are unable to run any of the tools then start a new topic in the malware forum and put this in the subject line...I am unable to run any malware tools

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
