Add a license to Cd

Hi guys I was wondering if there can be a license added to a cd?

What do I mean by that, well if I add a program to cd or dvd and have a license code so once that is used the information on the disk can no longer be reinstalled.?

I guess it can't be done. I have researched it.

I was only trying to see if something like Microsoft Office can be done. Were you have the Keys in order to install the actual program.
