I am trying to run an .exe and I keep getting the error "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". I am the administrator of the computer and I checked the security on the .exe and it shows I have full access. Could someone give me some tips on what may be going on?
