trying to install new mfc on XP Home. Dell Dimension 3000. Following setup instruction booklet,put CD in and it self starts, runs until screen says to plug in machine.Doesn't go any further. Drivers will not install. Cannot download Drivers or software from internet. Used add harware wizard, states cannot find software on Cd or Internet. Any Ideas will be appreciated.

How are you connecting this? This printer is network capable or USB capable. Which are you using?
Do you have access to another system to try installing this on?

I am connecting USB and following the directions in manual step by step. I do not have another system to try.
