I'm not sure if this is the right board, so I apologise if it isn't.

I downloaded the software for Crewe's photobook, I've spend 3 days getting what I want to be done, when I've gone to confirm the order a box loads up saying "contact loadbalancing server" then an error that says "Load Balancing Server not available [5000] Would you like to alter the network settings" When I click yes a box comes up with the following 3 options:

*Don't use proxy
*Use System proxy
*Use own proxy (then boxes to put details)

I've no idea how to resolve this, any help would be much appreciated.
