iTunes Installation

Hi There:

I had iTunes installed on my computer for over a year and there was never any problem. Today, I tried to open the program and it wouldn't open saying: "error writing to file: C:\ Program File\itunes\Itunes.Resources.ru.|proj\EULA.nib" I uninstalled the program, restarted my computer and reinstalled only to get the same problem pop up when I tried to install.

Does anyone know what this means?
