I am using Mozilla Firefox and my menu bar, navigation toolbar, and booksmark toolbar completely disappeared and I have no idea how to get it back!

Hi capper,

I noticed if I turned off the Menu toolbar and closed and restarted Firefox the toolbar came back.

If that didn't help, I found this article on the Mozilla support forum that may help you out. (scroll down about half way down the page to see the suggested fixes.)
