I know how to get into the control panel and click the install east asain languages..But the problem is that it requires the windows XP disk. I have a disk that says "Operating System for windows XP" I don't want to accidentally reformat my whole PC. Is that the disk it needs? I really need help.

If you need more assistance I will be happy to help, was IT Admin in Japanese environment for many years, all machines predominantly East Asian language. :)
