Hi all helpful peeps - switched from Outlook express to Microsoft Outlook and although it keeps telling me that MO is my default email thing, my emails are still going to OE and not MO. Thanks for any help with this. Claire

When you installed Microsoft Outlook, did you import your email account settings into it from Outlook Express? If you didn't, Outlook cannot handle your emails even though you've made it the default, because it has no idea where to collect your new emails from.

Consequently, any new messages addressed to you are still going in to Outlook Express as it's the only application that knows your account settings.
