FILES WON'T UPLOAD AT ALL!

OK so my picture files WILL not upload on any browser on any site that Ive tried. I know that the files are good because Ive uploaded many of them before and now suddenly they won't. Ive tried running my virus program (Max Spyware Detector) many times and nothing comes up so i don't know if it is missing a virus or what. But there is something wrong.

PLZ HELP !!
