This is the list of what I am wanting to get please let me know if something does not go together or anything like that. I'm a noob so let me know what's up with it. I don't know how AMD motherboard would work with nvidia graphics card and all that.

Everything is compatible.

Your motherboard has 8 USB ports on the I/O back plate and then your case has two USB ports on top which will connector through one of the motherboard's internal headers. So you will have a total of 10 USB ports on the computer without that extra USB PCI card. Do you need the extra PCI USB card?

Also, your motherboard has gigabit ethernet also, why the extra ethernet card?

Again, your motherboard has the PS/2 ports for keyboard and mouse, so you won't need the extra expansion card you linked to. Your motherboard also had integrated sound that will be just as good if not better than the extra sound card.

Other than that, everything looks good. :)
