Fraps Stereo mix

Since today I've been trying to record video's of me playing games with fraps. When I first started I realised fraps wasn't recording any sound. It seems I had to enable "Stereo Mix" so fraps can record sound. And guess what, it does add sound to the video's. A loud cracking sound... I've been looking for how to fix this on google for a while and decided to try to ask for help on this forum as I found when I was looking for how get fraps to record sound.

Thank you for your time and hopefully one of you has a good solution for this.
