Raid Hard Drive Error?

Just noticed this when booting the machine... don't know what the problem is specifically and the computer seems to be running fine. But wanted to check out with the experts as it worries me that something is about to go wrong...

The hard drive space is the same despite this error so I really have no idea what it's trying to tell me...

Any ideas?

Check the disk with manufacturer's diagnostic software to check for imminent failure (it's a free download but you have to provide some info to get to the download link)

SeaTools for DOS (the downloaded file will make a bootable CD):
