Cant Access properties Rundll32.exe message

I was playing this game called Mayan Maze and we beat it and got this screen saver as the prize for winning. Since then I've been getting error messages and have not been able to access my properties to change the screen saver. Whenever I try to access the properties I get a error message everytime . I cant copy it but it is listed below.

Windows can not find file 'C:\WINDOWS\systems32\rundll32.exe'.Make sure you have typed the name correctly,then try again.To search for the file click Start button, then search.

I get this message anywhere I try to remove a program can someone help.
