Quicken Rental Property Mgr. will not print reports

I'm new here, but have hung around for a while gleaning what I can.

Printer works with everything I print except above mentioned program. It's ver 2.0 so it's been around a while, but I have never had difficulty printing reports before. I have not entered any info for several months and during that time I replaced a Xerox printer with the HP.

I entered data, tried to print, a window flashes quickly indicating it's printing and printer does nothing.

All help is appreciated. Thanks.
