Is there a tool that enables you to defrag from bootable CD / USB?

Hello,

I am interested in finding a tool which would enable me to boot a PC that has a single OS installed on it from a bootable CD and run a defragmentation programme from that CD.

Looked at some tools (like Trinity Rescue Kit & BartPE) but they don't seem to have that capability.
