I need help! I cant connect to Itunes Store: An unknown error occu

Hi!
I have not been able to connect to Itunes Store since almost 2 months. If I try to open it, I keep getting a message of One Moment Please......
But then, if I try to connect with my email address and password for Itunes Store, I get that message of the unknown error (-50).
I have tried everything listed on the support section of apple, but nothing really works. I am using my work laptop, but I checked and all my colleagues can connect.
Can you please help me??
