Windows xp, BSOD won't boot in safe mode either! Stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x82A45898, 0xc0000102, 0x00000000) any thoughts on how to fix this problem?

Most likely as below. BUT BEFORE you proceed with the Recovery Console, is the computer a branded PC ie: Dell
etc. If so, do NOT go down the suggested route, post back first with the make, model and model numnber


You need to run "chkdsk /r" from recovery console:
