Vista will not boot in Normal Mode

Hi..My system will only boot in Safe Mode or one of it's variations. I have been working with the Malware Staff for some time now and was deemed malware free. The link to that topic is:http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/Possible-Rootkit-t269233.html
