I have been encountering a rather pesky bsod that I can't seem to fix. I keep getting a tcpip.exe error, and I can plainly see it has something to do with my internet connection. However, I cannot find the source of what is causing this error in the first place.

I have the minidumps attached and the bluescreenviewer stat here.
