I am having intermitant problems while trying to switch on my PC. I get a yellow light flashing at a regular frequency (like a clock ticking. When I remove one of the peripherals (at random), give it a minute or two and then try again it starts up normally.
This problem started since, when I deleted a ATI programme from the "add Remove programmes" area on the control panel by mistake.
Please help, thanks ever so much for the great job you guys are doing to help others.
It is a Dell Inspiron PC with XP Media center OS.
