Is Kaspersky Internet Scan ok to run if I have another antivirus installed already on my computer? Thanks :)

Yes, you can run any on-line scan. To make it perform faster, it's a good idea to temporarily disable your real-time AV program.

Yes it's safe. Online scans are just plug ins for your browsers to scan through their servers for assistance. They offer no real-time protection as only the database and scanner are downloaded.
