I posted a problem with slow browsing on 23rd March after Hammerman had given me the all clear in respect of malware but no one has offered assistance yet. I am not sure how long I should wait as I know you are hit by lots of requests for help and do this volutarily.

Sorry if I have breached protocol by following up in this way, it's just that the kids are hasseling me to "get the PC fixed".

If it hasn’t been three days, try to remain calm, and remember we are all volunteers here, and we do have our own personal lives and responsibilities. There are hundreds of other uses also waiting for help as well :).
