Hello everybody

My name is Erick from Guatemala City

Today I found a big error in my NETBOOK ACER ASPIRE ONE (NO CD windows xp)that says: lsass.exe aplication error."The application failed to initialize properly (C0xc00000005). Click ok to terminate the application".

This error is not letting me to boot my computer, and also I can't do anything, the only thing is to press the on/off bottom until the computer is off.

I don't know what to do.....I have important information in the computer, so I don't want to reset.

Also, to make more difficult the level of scennario, my english is not so good, so I need an expert with a lot of patience.

Can someone help me in this matter.
