Hi, I'm new to trying to fix my computer problems, and I was wondering if you guys would help me? I clicked on the before you post link and I tried to follow all the steps.
First I tried to download the clean up program and it says a error has occured.
So I then decided to download the adware program. I did everything the instructions listed, but..... I dont know what to delete and what to keep? I'm affraid that i'm going to mess things up even more . I think I multiple problem like aurora and the trojan virus.
Can you guys please help me? I need simple step by step instructions, sorry guys! Thanks for the help in adavance, it is great there is a site like this for all the people in need!

For Ad-aware, you may right click on one of those entries and then choose Select All Objects and hit the Next button. It's ok to remove all that Ad-aware finds.

Do the other steps outlined in the link. Then post the HijackThis log here.
