Posting Video on Facebook, Twitter, etc.

I have my own Gallery set up with video files:

http://troopphoto.tr...g...m=270&pos=5

If I want to embed this on a personal site it works fine, but if I want to post it on Facebook it does not work. Does someone know the code I need? Everything I see online shows that I should click the Add to Facebook Link, but I don't have that on the site yet. In order to post the videos can I modify my code or add a button that will help out here. Any Help is appreciated. Thanks!

This code is in a Text field that I would also like to have auto select all, but I am worried about how to get the code to work on nearly every site first. Thanks!
