Every time I shutdown the computer, I get a box with end-n error. What can I do to repair this? Thanks.

if your using firefox try this...

You can start Firefox in Safe Mode by clicking Start... selecting Run
type in
"%PROGRAMFILES%\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode
press enter...
put a tick in disable all add-ons and then click on continue in safe mode...
then try shutting down and see if you still get that error

its one of your extensions causing the problem ...try enabling one at a time until you find the extension causing the problem...then uninstall the problem child...
