help! neither my neighbour nor myself can logon to msn site. passwords are correct. screen shows attempts up to 6 tries then gives up. this has now been going on for the past month. we can however access msn through netscape so it is obviously in working order. can you please tell me what is wrong? hope so. kenb.

Have you check for spyware interference with spybot and ad-aware. do you have virus protection?

If not, FREE anti-virus is at : http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1

spybot and ad-aware can be found at the homepage of this website.

Sounds like a request is being blocked, and spyware is known for many similar problems.
