I recently got a pretty nasty virus that took me a while to clean and I have almost everything fixed now except for my system restore. When I go to the system protection tab it wont let me do anything. All buttons are grayed out and it says "System Restore is disabled by your system administrator.". I have tried logging in to the computers administrator account but the same message is displayed there.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.
