Can anyone tell me how good of a processor this is, specifically in this laptop http://www.pcworld.c...127299-pdt.html ? Just for running things like Hulu, Netflix, Big Fish games, a vpn, etc. Thanks!

It would do just fine. Laptops overheat, with a large cpu. 1.3x2 is fine. It would stay cool and get the job done.

That is one of the processors Intel designed for extreme low power consumption. One reason why this laptop's battery life is around 8 hours. There are other laptops that use this processor and have the same amount of battery life as well. Pretty nice if all you need is the basic computer stuff. :) Most laptops without such processor will have about 3 hours of battery life.

...giving you an insane 8 hours of mobile computing.
