My browser (firefox) has been directing me to ads served by primawega and it is extraordinarily annoying. I ran Malwarebytes as well as Avast antivirus. The malwarebystes successfully removed a browser hijacker and yet the ads still continue. I also tried reinstalling firefox but to no avail.

Please help me stop these obnoxious ads.
