Sims 3 graphics card

I installed the sims 3 onto my notebook, and maybe i dont have the right graphics card, i dont know i'm sorry, but when i try to run it, i keep getting an error message that says:
"No supported video graphics card detected..."

i have tried updating my drivers, and i dont know what else i can do :/

im on windows Xp, sp2.

Please help :/ i love the Sims! haha

it is most likely that as it is a net-book it will not have a dedicated graphics card. this means it would only have on-board graphics chip which would not be enough to run sims 3

to find out weather it is your graphics card or not go to

http://cyri.systemre...CYRI/intro.aspx and run a test for sims 3 on there.

Unless it is a very top end net-book, it will not be able to run any i demanding graphics games

Well that's screwed me up. apparently my CPU, CPU speed, Video Card and RAM are all inadequate for playing it. Gutted. haha :) Thanks a lot for your help :)
