I would like to use my existing address book, in Windows XP, with Office Word 2007.
I searched for address book, opened folder, but could not locate the WAB file in the stated location:
C:\Documents and Settings\TA\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book
Application data folder was not in TA?
I have ADDRESS BOOK selected as my default contact list.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not use OUTLOOK, and don't care to.
Thank you,

MC

IT would appear Word 2007 has no further support for the Windows Address Book.
The only option would appear to import the entire lot into Outlook and from there Word should be able to use them.

Wow, that is too bad. I am open to using Access 2007 but that was uneventfull as well, that would make sense if Word doesn't support it. Thanks for the reply.
Any other ideas on transferring from Windows Address Book to Word 2007?
Thanks,

Like I say, import into Outlook and the problem should be solved.
Windows Address Book is replaced with Windows Contacts as per Vista and Windows 7, and Office 2007 was built around Vista so while it'll work under XP, it'll have no support for legacy features that don't work under Vista.
