Over the lastmonth , my parents lap top which is a dell starts to freeze, then reboots itself to the log on page.it has Windows vista. I have brieftly seen the black screen of death, but never really get to read it. They protect it with McAfee and Spybot.
I have downloaded Malaware which starts a full scan, but the system freezes after about 6 minutes, then restarts.
I have tried to read other topis, but not sure if they are the same as mine. Look forward to any asistance as you have saved me three times from trojans on my own PC. Sorry, im at a medium level with the computer jargon.
