Missing drivers

i cannot reinstall ITUNes latest version,i am missing some drivers someplace? I load ITUNES,and it loads and then when it completes it states that missing drivers to run itunes....also just the last attempt,it states the old version of ITUNES cannot be earased?
what are your suggestions
