I already checked you tube. I couldn't find any videos relating to my specific problem. There are several videos about Paragon programs, however, I haven't found any that deal with my situation.

I have a copy of the program from give away of the day, and there is no support offered.

Trying to make sense of paragons voluminous information on the subject is seemingly impossible, for me anyway.

I'm waiting for an answer to a post I made on a Paragon forum, hopefully someone there can explain to me (in direct simple terms) how to proceed.

Thank you for your help.

hi,

what did you back up with the "paragon recovery disk 01-06-10"?

are the "4 hard disk backup disks 02-07-10" CD/DVDs or are they on your hard drive?. is this
backup a hard drive image?.

i have run this program and made a hard drive image ( 4 DVDs ). inserted DVD #1 and booted system. first menu same as you, chose "SAFE MODE" as had prob. with "NORMAL MODE", pressed ENTER. second menu gave choice to RESTORE.

if you have 4x CD/DVDs insert #1 and boot system.
