Audio Virus

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!

My laptop had/has a virus on it. I am not sure what it is per se, I believe it is a trojan virus. I ran an anti-virus program numerous times in which it found some viruses but not all. The pop-ups have stopped however there seems to be an audio virus that keeps playing every 20 seconds or so. It consists of a commercial. I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO GET RID OF IT. Can someone please help
