iHave a laptop that is FILLED with viruses and iWould really love to restore it!The only problem is iDon't have the disk!Please Help iJust want it back to factory settings!Thank you! :)

Unless you have a recovery partition, then that is not possible.

If you go to the manufactures web site I'm sure you could maybe purchase a set of recovery discs,all depends on your make,model and age.
