restarts by itself

I did a favor to my friend and attached some files from his USB. then I noticed that his USB has a virus that is called autorun.ini, I removed it using the instructions given by this website "http://www.whoismadh...om-usb-drives/" so I happen to remove it successfully the problem is, my computer restarts by itself whenever I run command prompt. I cant find some related problems from net. I have a feeling that I didn't remove the viruses completely from his USB. please help me in this kind of situation, I dont have the knowledge to solve this problem.

ps. one time I typed ping.exe in google then it suddenly restarts, the reason I typed it because I saw 4 ping.exe in the task manager(processes).
