Hello all,
On my father's computer, a Dell Inspiron running Vista, he keeps getting a notification that he needs to install an update. It has downloaded onto the computer, but won't fully install. And now, when he tries to shut down the computer it says it's "installing" but even if he lets it run for multiple hours it never gets anywhere, and the only way he can shut it down is by manually powering it down, which may ruin his computer.

HHHHEEEELLLLPPPP!!!
Thanks!
