I have downloaded xp sp3 both ways from microsofts download site & I ordered the cd & downloaded it that way. But either way I get the same result my sytem keeps rebooting endlessly. can any one tell me why this is. I could really use the info. Thanx. Mick

It is important to know at what stage the computer reboots.

If you get to the login screen and then the computer reboots then go to here and follow the instructions. This is the most comprehensive solution for this problem.

If the computer reboots at an earlier stage go to here and follow the instructions.
