I just recently got this computer and it is freezing at random times. When it does this, it gets a few pixelated squares of random colors that flash rapidly. Also, there is a long continuous high pitch sound coming from the computer when it does this (which only happened once). When I restart the computer manually, I notice that my wallpaper is now changed to a solid black color (this only happened twice).

I am on windows 7 32 bit.
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz Quad Core 4 x 512KB L2, 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 140W
4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1333 PC3 10666 RAM
10 Drives Bay Glossy Black ATX mid Tower Case
Okia ATX 650 Watt SLI P4_P8 PCI-e Power Supply with 135mm fan
Asus M4A785TD-V EVO Socket AM3/ AMD 785G/ DDR3/ Hybrid CrossFireX/ A&V&GbE/ ATX Motherboard
ATI Radeon HD 4200 GPU, w/ 128MB side-port mamory and shared 512MB memory; Support Hybrid CrossFireX Technology
VT1708S 8-Channel HD Audio

I noticed when I was streaming a movie it froze much more frequently. It's a very fast computer I just don't know what the problem is... Nothing seems to be overheating at all. Thanks.

I had it shipped here... how much does it cost to ship back a computer?

Normally, since the computer is under warranty, computer maker should provide you with free shipping.
Call them.

Hey I tried to use the HDMI (I was using VGA before) to see if that stopped the freezing... Well it works fine when my Xbox is hooked up to it but when my computer is hooked up through HDMI there is an inch off from both sides and a half inch on the top and bottom! The screen shrunk! It still says it's in 1080p though... what's going on? lol I am still sending it back I am just curious as to why this is happening.

Thanks.

Possibly some video card issue. It may be cause freezing as well.
